Jesus and His People on Mission (part III)

Acts 8:26-40 - Jesus, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, is the only hope for sinners. We must depend upon the Holy Spirit that we might be continually growing in our knowledge of and trust in Jesus and our ability to testify of His goodness and power to save.

1. We must be sensitive to and rely upon the Spirit in order that.
A. We might testify to the Good News of Jesus.

Application for Our Church
1. We must study and meditate upon the Scriptures, especially as they relate to the Gospel.
2. We must pray and be sensitive to and empowered by Spirit.
3. We must open our mouths and proclaim the Gospel.
